Maureen Warmerdam started her real estate career in Walnut Creek, CA in 1986. She had a successful career as an agent for several years while helping to manage a large family owned business and raising two boys with her husband of 36 years. In 1990 she acquired her Broker's license and further expanded her services in real estate and continued selling homes in the Bay Area and Tahoe regions. Then in 1995, after her two sons had graduated from De La Salle High School and moved to college, Maureen and her husband sold the family business and moved to Truckee to make a permanent home in the house of their dreams: a beautiful log home that they had recently finished designing and building themselves. Maureen now has five grand-children that visit her cabin frequently, and she enjoys sharing with them all that Truckee and the surrounding area has to offer.
